think deep

so overwhelmed by the amount of work given by adm! urgh! haha.. it's not like totally turn-off 'cause i enjoy doing art, but the number of assignments per week is just horrendous. imagine having 4-5 drawings for foundation drawing, differing numbers of samples, ranging from 6 to 20, depending on the theme of the week, to be done for 2d. a few study models and one final model for 3d, plus a writeup and presentation folloing every week. 4d is the most 'song' at the moment. no homework. but there's still art history and literature!! so imagine my schedule and the amount of devotion i put just for work.

anyway had really interesting thought-provoking lessons for 4d and art history. here's one from 4d that i'm still searching for the answer: Who actually sets the trend? fashion editors, hairstylist, big-shot designers, artistes and so called fashion gurus are all trend follwers if u think hard enough. then why is it they are still able to define the fashion trend for the next season? and who dictates another fashion to be passe and "out-of-fashion"? hmmm..
